A. Valet & Carpark Management Services

Vehicle Information: Vehicle registration number (License plate), vehicle make, and color.

Contact Details: Name, Mobile number (collected at point of handing over or event guest lists).

Visual Data: Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Bodycam footage captured at our designated valet drop-off/pick-up points, counter areas, or managed carparks.

Image Data: Photographs of vehicles taken by our staff to document pre-existing vehicle conditions prior to taking possession.

B. Limousine Chauffeur Services

Identity & Contact Details: Name, email address, mobile number, and corporate affiliation (if booked via a corporate account).

Trip Details: Flight details (for airport transfers), pick-up/drop-off locations, travel itineraries, and specific passenger preferences.

Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, billing addresses, and transaction histories.

2. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure

We process your personal data only for legitimate business purposes, including:

Service Delivery: Managing valet bookings, tracking vehicle keys, issuing digital/physical valet tickets, and fulfilling limousine transportation requests.

Operational Efficiency: Managing carpark traffic flow, monitoring lot availability, and coordinating event logistics with mall, hotel, or event management.

Safety & Security: Utilizing CCTV, bodycam and vehicle photography to ensure the security of vehicles in our custody, preventing theft or unauthorized access, and investigating operational incidents or property damage claims.

Payment Processing: Processing transactions, validating billing, and issuing invoices/receipts.

Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, feedback, lost-and-found claims, or service disputes.

Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable Singapore laws, regulations, and requests from law enforcement agencies (e.g., Land Transport Authority, Singapore Police Force).

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your personal data to third parties only under the following circumstances:

Venue Partners: To the hotels, shopping malls, or event organizers where we operate, but only to the extent necessary to coordinate services or investigate specific incidents (e.g., verifying a mall parking validation or hotel guest status).

Service Providers: Third-party vendors who provide IT support, digital valet software platforms, payment processing, or data storage services.

Professional Advisors: Our lawyers, auditors, and insurers in the event of an accident, insurance claim, or legal dispute.

Legal Authorities: Regulatory authorities, government agencies, or law enforcement officers when legally required to do so.

4. Consent and Deemed Consent

By using our valet, carpark, or limousine services, providing us with your keys, or entering areas monitored by our operations, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as outlined in this policy.

If you provide personal data relating to a third party (e.g., booking a limousine service on behalf of a colleague or family member), you warrant that you have obtained their explicit consent to provide their data to us for those specific purposes.

5. Security and Data Protection

We implement strict physical, technical, and administrative security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or modification. These include:

Secure key management systems and restricted access to valet key boxes.

Encrypted digital valet and booking software.

Restricted employee access to CCTV and bodycam footage and customer contact databases on a strictly "need-to-know" basis.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will act immediately in accordance with PDPA guidelines in the event of a data breach.

6. Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required/permitted by applicable laws.

Routine Valet/Trip Logs: Automatically deleted or anonymized after operational audit windows close, provided no disputes are raised.

CCTV and Bodycam Footage: Automatically overwritten within a standard operational cycle (typically 30 days), unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal claim.

Financial Records: Retained for up to 7 years in compliance with Singapore tax regulations (IRAS).

7. Your Rights (Access, Correction, and Withdrawal)

Under the PDPA, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You may request access to the personal data we hold about you and information on how it has been used or disclosed over the past year. (Note: A reasonable administrative fee may apply).

Correction: You may request that we correct any errors or omissions in your personal data.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing our valet or chauffeur services to you.
